FEE POLICY
We aim to provide a hassle-free fee payment process for our parents. Here are some key details about our fee policy:
Quarterly Payment
- School Fees and Bus fees are payable quarterly.
- The fee should be paid by the 15th of the first month of the quarter.

Admission Fees:
- Admission Fees will be accepted by Cheque/Online/Cash.
- Please mention the child’s name, class, and telephone number on the back of the Cheque.
- Cheques should be drawn in favour of:
- Jaipuriar School Pre-Primary School (Pre-Primary Section)
- Jaipuriar School Primary School (I to IV)
- Jaipuriar School Secondary School (V to X)
- Jaipuriar School Senior Secondary School (XI & XII)
Important Notes
- Please provide separate cheques for each child if you have more than one child studying in the school.
- We do not accept post-dated cheques.
- Keep the original receipts issued by the school safely for future reference and refund of caution money.
- Ensure that you provide accurate details, such as the student’s name, class/section, and Admission No. when depositing admission fees.
- All students must clear their dues by December 15 for the entire session. CBSE Exam and Registration fees are separate and should be paid directly by parents.
- School fees can be paid via local cheques. Payments made through cheques are subject to realization. Fee payment is also available through the School App and QR Code or at ICICI Bank branches for your convenience.

General Guidelines
- Registration is not a confirmation of Admission. Please adhere to the provided admission schedule.
- Interaction/admission details will be conveyed on the registration day.
- Both parents should accompany the child during interaction/admission.
- Availability of preferred shift in Pre-Primary Section depends on seat availability.
SHIFT I (MORNING) : 8:00 A.M. TO 11:00 A.M
SHIFT II (AFTERNOON): 11:15 A.M. TO 2:15 P.M
- Kindly Inform the Counselling department for sibling admissions.
- Admissions are subject to seat availability.
- Mention Student ID and UDISE Number in the Original School Leaving Certificate for classes II and above.
Process for Admission
1. Registration
- Pay the Registration Fees at the Fee Counter.
- Fill and submit the Data Entry Form at the Admission Counselling Department.
- Collect the Registration Kit (Brochure, Registration Form, Medical History Form, School Transport Enquiry Form & Guidelines for Admission) at the Admission Counselling Department.
2. Admission
- Submit the Registration Form, Medical History Form, and photographs.
- You’ll receive the Admission Form to be filled out along with the required documents on the same day.
Two Shifts at Pre-Primary
“Pre-Primary offers two shifts: morning from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and afternoon from 11:30 AM to 2:15 PM, providing flexibility and tailored learning experiences for our young students.”

Admissions For Grades I - VII : 2024-25
- Admission for Grades I to VII for the academic year 2024-25 is subject to seat availability.
- The admission process will commence in February/March 2024 based on seat availability.
School Admission Fees:
- Fee structure on School Notice Board.
- Payment through local cheques, drafts, or online (PAY NOW).
- Dishonoured cheques lead to admission cancellation.
- Fees, once paid are non-refundable.
School Transport:
- Fill out the School Transport Form if opting for Bus Facility.
- Contact the School Transport Department for route and fees details.
- Transport facility withdrawal during the academic year is not allowed.
